Labour Preparation Acupuncture
This appointment is for patients who are or past 36 weeks of pregnancy to prepare the mind and body for labour. Acupuncture is a safe, gentle therapy that relaxes the nervous system, promotes cervical ripening, and may reduce pain, shorten the length of labour and reduce the need for medical interventions. Weekly sessions are recommended from 36 weeks until labour.
